From the beginning we felt that a more competitively priced product with the same or similar attributes of reusable linen could go a long way towards helping solve the high linen losses hospitals and EMT companies were beginning to identify. What we did not want to become was just another disposable linen product manufacturer. Fiber-Tec's strategy is premised on:
Until 1997, Mr. Waite, an attorney, served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for General Chemical Corporation, a New Jersey based industrial and specialty chemicals manufacturer now known as Gen Tek. Prior to 1989, Mr. Waite served in a similar capacity as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary for Crompton & Knowles Corporation, a Connecticut based specialty chemicals manufacturer now known as Crompton Corporation. Mr. Waite is also a Director of Niadyne, Inc., an Arizona based biotech company involved in skin and cardiac health, and served previously as a director of NYMagic, Inc. an insurance holding company. Mr. Waite is a graduate of Colgate University and Union University, Albany Law School, and is a member of the New York and the Federal bars.
Until 1998, Mr. Nelson was Director of Business Development at Bristol-Myers Squibb serving the Worldwide Medicines Group, where he was responsible for identifying, evaluating and pursuing new U.S. and worldwide business, licensing and partnering opportunities. Prior to joining B-MS, he held several business development, financial and internal consulting roles at Pfizer Inc. and Allied-Signal. Mr. Nelson is a graduate of Princeton University with an A.B. in Economics in 1982 and an M.B.A. from Tulane University in 1985.
Mr. Kroeger is presently the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Pinnacle Foods Corporation, a $700 million privately held food manufacturer selling leading brands Swanson® Frozen Meals and Vlasic® Pickles. Prior to Pinnacle Foods, Mr. Kroeger was the Vice President and General Counsel of Anadigics, Inc. a NASDAQ Company. Mr. Kroeger was part of the successful turnaround team at International Home Foods and has held general management and/or legal positions with leading companies in the chemical, pharmaceutical and petroleum refining industries. Mr. Kroeger is a graduate of William and Mary with a B.A. in Economics in 1977, J.D. in 1981 and a Masters of Law and Taxation in 1982. He is a member of the Virginia and New Jersey bars.
